The Limcaoco Foundation, with the assistance of the Angels in Heaven Elementary School, is sponsoring 2 Kindergarten classes. Each class is composed of maximum 25 students.
Students come from lower-income families. Parents of applicants are interviewed and, when chosen, asked to sign a contract promising full participation in the schools’ activities.
